9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

9.2 If there is a dispute between the two parties, they should be resolved through friendly
negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party should file a lawsuit in the court where
SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY is located.

10、 Independence

Some terms in this agreement cannot be applied for some reason, other terms of this
agreement continue to apply and the unapplicable terms will be modified so that they can be
applied in accordance with the law.

11、Entire Agreement

11.1 This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, is the final, complete and exclusive
agreement between you and this Product regarding matters related to this Product, and
supersedes and incorporates any previous discussions and agreements between the Parties
regarding such matters, including the previous end user authorization, service terms and
privacy policy;

11.2 The heading for each part is inserted for convenience of reading, and does not imply
any legal or contractual obligations;

11.3 Unless as approved by SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY in writing, you
are not allowed to transfer any right or obligation provided in this Agreement. Any attempt of
transfer in violation of above provisions shall be invalid.

12、 Disclaimer

If the following situations occur, this product does not assume any legal liability in the
event of any of the following:

12.1 provision of your personal information as required by law or as required by relevant
government agencies;

12.2 disclosure of any personal information due to your own improper use or other
reasons;

12.3 Failure to satisfy Customers' requirements caused by any interruption, blockage, etc.
because of hacking, computer virus intrusion, illegal content information, harassment
information screening, government control and monitor as well as problems with any other
network, technology, communication lines, information security management measures, etc;

12.4 The Customer's communication line failure caused by the third party such as the
operator, technical problems, network, computer failure, system instability and other losses
caused by force majeure;

12.5 The risks associated with the use of this product’s information, procedures, and
services that may have anonymous or impersonal information, including threatening,
defamatory, offensive, or illegal content;

12.6 Any psychological, physical, or economic losses caused by interactions with other
